Booking Policy

🖤 A booking deposit of £10 is now required when booking an appointment. A date and time will be agreed and confirmed. Your appointment will not be reserved until this is received and will be deducted off your treatment price.

🖤 Cancellation; Deposits will be refunded when more than 48 hours notice is given.

🖤 Deposits will be retained if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.

🖤 Anyone who doesn’t show up for their appointment will be required to pay in full for their missed appointment before booking back in. This is my business and more importantly my income so no shows and late cancellations are lost appointments.

🖤 Payments: All appointments must be paid in full on the day by either cash, PayPal or bank transfer.

🖤 Timekeeping: Please arrive on time (if you think you are going to be late, please message me).

🖤 Please NO children or extra guests to attend appointment.

🖤 Phones: whilst I appreciate we all have to take that important phone call from time to time, using your phone during your treatment can be distracting, slow me down and affect the quality of my work. Please take the time to relax and switch off during your treatment.
