***CANCELLATION POLICY***
We understand on occasions, the requirement to cancel treatments. However as a courtesy to other clients and ourselves, We have the following cancellation terms:
- Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled or changed within the 48 hour period will incur a 50% charge, and non arrival without notice will incur 100% charge.
- We ask that if you are not willing to follow the policy then please only book a last minute appointment when you are certain you are able to attend. (Last minute appointments are possible but cannot be guaranteed).
