I hate having to remind people of my cancellation policies…. But this week I’ve had over £300 in either no shows or last minute cancellations!
I know things come up, but it’s currently cost me more in stock and rent to come to work this week.
I’m just going to put my salon policies back up as a reminder.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I’ve done my pricing over the last few years! Ive always done it where I have everything mostly included in the price but I’ve decided to have a rejig of my pricing to hopefully make it a bit more flexible for people!
