MOTIVATION MONDAY
Small daily habits create lasting results.
When you are home remember not just before bed as that is when you are most tired.
CLEANSE, have a wash at the sink or in the shower.
TONE, on a night using a cotton wool pad drenched with product.
EYE TREATMENT, pat gently around the eye area with your ring finger.
MOISTURISE, as a barrier while you sleep and add hydration to your skin.
This is a minimum routine.

However Finley is at his dad’s currently and I’m ok so work will continue as normal.
I just wanted to make people aware as I know some are more cautious than others if you need to rearrange.

I am back off holiday and will reply to messages today. Back to work from Monday as normal. My AVM has decided to flare up and hoping will calm in next day or two to be back to full strength.
