📣Cancellation policy update

Good afternoon,
A lot of you will of already seen your emails . It has come to the point where we need to remind everyone of our policies and what fees we will charge on late cancellations! Our policies have now been emailed , on all your reservation and reminder emails, also we have these polices on the reception desk and they are also on here ! So if you could kindly have a read so everyone is aware ♥️⬇️

We completely understand that from time to time, life can be unpredictable and appointments may need to be changed. We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

As a small business, late cancellations have a significant impact on our time and availability. With less than 48 hours notice, it can be difficult to re fill an appointment, while same day cancellations and no-shows are often impossible to replace.

For this reason, the following cancellation fees apply :

♥️48 hours notice : 25% of the total appointment cost.

♥️24 hours notice: 50% of the total appointment cost.

♥️Same day cancellation or no-show: 75% of the total appointment cost.

If we are able to rebook your appointment into an alternative slot within 7 days the cancellations fee will be wavered, this does not apply to same day cancellations or no-shows.
