🤍 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT MY CANCELLATION POLICY 🤍

As a small independent business, every appointment in my diary really does matter. When an appointment is cancelled or moved at short notice, it can be very difficult for me to fill that space, especially now that I’m changing my working hours and finishing at 3pm each day with no evening appointments.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans have to change. However with fewer appointment spaces available, I do need to be a little stricter with my cancellation policy going forward.

✨ Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the treatment price is payable.

✨ Less than 12 hours notice: 100% of the treatment price is payable.

This isn’t something I enjoy having to enforce, but as a small business, last minute cancellations directly impacts my income and the availability I can offer to other clients.

I’m so grateful for every single one of you who supports my little business, and I really appreciate your understanding. 🤍

Sorry I’ve not been very good with posting lately! I’ve been so busy, then we’ve been away and my little boy started school this week. 😭

So it’s questionable whether it’s serum or my tears in your skin treatments the last two days! 😭🤣

Anyway, I’m back and I wanted to share my new working schedule with you all.

From now on, I’ll be finishing at 3pm every day and will no longer be working evenings. This means my usual 7:30pm appointments will no longer be available.

This is a really important change for me, as I want to make sure I have as much time with my little boy as possible now that he’s at school every day. It’s definitely a big adjustment for us both!

With this in mind, September is already very busy, especially with my current Microneedling offer, which includes adding Dual Injector Pro as a pre-treatment for just £130.

✨ Pre-booking is therefore essential to secure your preferred appointment.
