Easter holidays have begun! 🙌🏼

My working days will be limited over the school holidays so I can make the most of the days with Ada, who lots of you will see popping in the salon I am sure 🤣

As my busiest time is now here, I just wanted to give a gentle reminder of my cancellation policy.

I require atleast 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment, anything less than 48 hours will incure 50% of the cost of the appointment, any cancelled appointments of 24 hours notice or less (including no shows) will incure 100% of the appointment cost, as I am unable to fill the gap at such short notice.

I really do hate to enforce this policy, but is it necessary for me to do this, especially during my busiest time and to make it fair for people who are waiting for appointments.
