So quick and easy to make, absolutely packed with flavour, and one I’ll definitely be having again! 😋

Now… a lovely fellow SW Consultant posted a little confession when she tried this one 🤭 She added a little drizzle of sweet chilli sauce over the top…

Well, obviously I had to try it too… OH. MY. DAYS. 🤤🌶️

That little sweet chilli kick just takes it to another level!

And at just 1 SWIP for 1 tablespoon, it was sooo worth it! ❤️

Receiving a message like this really does mean more to me than people probably realise.

My family know just how much I put into my role, and how important it is to me personally. It’s never been 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗔 𝗝𝗢𝗕. I genuinely care about every single person who walks through the door of my group and puts their trust in me to support them.

And my members certainly know how frustrated I get when those scales aren’t showing the results they deserve! 😂 I’m always thinking about what else I can do, what might help, and how I can support someone through the difficult weeks as well as celebrate the brilliant ones.

So when somebody takes the time to say they’ve left group feeling informed, inspired, supported — and that they’ve had a good laugh along the way — it reminds me exactly why I do what I do. 🥰

Taking hubby away for the weekend ❤️ Nothing too far away — just Woodhall Country Park — but sometimes a little change of scenery and getting away from everyday life is exactly what you need.

I still want to stay in control this weekend. There will definitely be a few drinks 🥂, but the food is prepped, everything is planned and I’ll be using my flexible SWIPs so I can enjoy myself without falling into the “sod it, I’m away” mentality. 💪

The lodge is lovely, although the facilities are a little limited, so having all our food planned and prepared is going to make things so much easier.

Will using my flexible SWIPs mean I get a loss this week? Maybe, maybe not. But what I DO know is there will be no guilt. I’m making conscious choices, staying accountable and enjoying my weekend at the same time.
