Found these images of some of the first nails I ever did around 10 years ago and first set of lashes I did nearly 6 years ago and I thought it would be good to share it. Nails and beauty is not an easy industry. If anyone thinks that I highly recommend you pick up the nail brush/lash tweezers/wax spatula yourself and try to give it ago!

It took me years of continuous practice and education over those 10 years to get to where I am, and I’m farrrr from perfect trust me but it is nice to see how far I’ve come and to see the years of work and tears have been worth it! Not only that but to also have a salon conversion for just me and my beautiful clients all by the age of 24 really makes me proud of not giving up and getting a “normal job” like some people advised.

I’m so unbelievably proud to say I’m self employed in the beauty industry! It’s more than “painting nails” It’s a skill to do the job but to also be the person that your clients can trust and come to, professionally and emotionally.

For anyone who is starting in the industry or wanting to, I seriously recommend you to do it! It is the BEST and most rewarding thing I’ve ever done! Making people look and feel beautiful and to be there to support them through life is seriously the BIGGEST blessing ever! And my inbox is always open to everyone in the industry to help and support each other!
