Little Lindfield

The next Little Lindfield baby massage course will take place on Friday mornings in November (9.30-10.30am - 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd - £40 per course including oil, course notes and homemade refreshments).

As well as learning baby massage strokes, we will be talking about the benefits of baby massage and how particular strokes help to alleviate ailments such as colic, trapped wind, reflux, constipation and teething.

Class sizes are restricted to 6-8 to encourage a nurturing and safe environment for you and your baby.

As well as learning baby massage strokes, homemade refreshments will be served and we will finish each session with sensory play.
