Real men take care of themselves. 💪
Looking after your skin doesn’t make you any less masculine—it shows confidence, self-respect and good hygiene.
Here are a few simple things every man should know:
✔ Deep facial cleansing 2–3 times a year helps remove congestion, excess oil and dead skin cells.
✔ Your back needs attention too. If you struggle with breakouts or ingrown hairs, professional back treatments can make a huge difference.
✔ Having your cuticles professionally tidied won’t take away your masculinity. Clean, well-groomed hands simply look healthier and more professional.
And let’s talk about those 5-in-1 products… 😅
If it claims to wash your hair, face, body, beard, the dog… and probably your car too… it’s probably not the best skincare routine.
Your skin deserves products designed for your skin—not for everything in the house.
At our clinic, we regularly treat male clients.
✔ Complete discretion
✔ Professional advice
✔ No judgement
✔ Natural results
Gentlemen, investing in yourself isn’t vanity.
It’s self-care.
Your skin works hard for you every day. Return the favour.

✨ Healthy skin starts with healthy habits—not a 10-step skincare routine.
Over the last few years, we’ve seen more and more children as young as 9 or 10 following complicated skincare routines they see on social media. While skincare can be a positive habit, children don’t need strong active ingredients or an elaborate routine.
As parents, we should focus on teaching good skincare habits rather than chasing trends.
💚 Here are a few simple tips:
• Buy skincare from trusted retailers and avoid counterfeit or unverified products sold online.
• Always check the ingredient list and choose products appropriate for your child’s age and skin type.
• Less is more. A gentle routine is often the healthiest routine.
If your child has started wearing makeup:
🧴 Remove makeup with a cleansing oil or balm.
🫧 Follow with a gentle facial cleanser.
💦 Apply a toner to refresh the skin. If using micellar water, remember that it should not be left on the skin—wipe it away and follow with toner or rinse according to the product instructions.
💧 Use a simple hydrating serum if needed.
🤍 Finish with a moisturiser.
☀️ Every morning, apply SPF 30–50 to help protect the skin from UV damage.
🖌️ Don’t forget to wash makeup brushes and beauty sponges regularly. Dirty tools can collect oil, bacteria and old makeup, which may contribute to skin irritation and breakouts.
The goal isn’t perfect skin—it’s healthy skin.
Let’s teach children that skincare is about looking after their skin, not trying to achieve unrealistic beauty standards.
Simple. Gentle. Consistent. That’s enough. 💚

💧 Hydration is one of the most underrated skincare treatments—and it’s completely free.
We often invest in expensive skincare, facials and treatments, but forget that healthy skin starts from within.
Your skin is made up of around 64% water, and when you’re dehydrated it can appear:
✨ Dull
✨ Tight
✨ Less plump
✨ More prone to fine lines
✨ Slower to heal
But hydration isn’t just about drinking more water…
⚡ Electrolytes matter too.
Electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium help your body absorb and retain water properly. If you’ve been sweating in the heat, exercising, travelling, or feeling unwell, drinking plain water alone may not always replace what you’ve lost.
Healthy hydration supports:
💚 A stronger skin barrier
💚 Better skin elasticity
💚 A brighter complexion
💚 Improved wound healing
💚 Overall skin health
My favourite hydration habits:
💧 Sip water consistently throughout the day rather than drinking large amounts at once.
🥒 Eat water-rich foods like cucumber, watermelon, strawberries and oranges.
⚡ Consider an electrolyte drink after intense exercise, prolonged heat exposure or illness.
☀️ Increase your fluid intake during hot weather and holidays.
Remember—hydration won’t erase wrinkles or replace good skincare, but it provides your skin with the best foundation to function and look its healthiest.
Healthy skin isn’t created by one product—it’s built through daily habits.
💚 Glow from the inside out.

🛑 STOP! Send this to a friend who has a 2 or 3-year-old riding forward-facing.
Keeping your child rear-facing for longer is one of the most effective ways to improve their safety in the car.
Many parents turn their child’s car seat forward too soon.
A young child’s head is proportionally much larger and heavier than an adult’s, while their neck, spine and supporting structures are still developing. In a frontal collision, a forward-facing child’s head is thrown forward with tremendous force, placing significant stress on the neck and spinal cord.
A rear-facing car seat (RWF) supports the head, neck and spine as one unit and significantly reduces the risk of serious injury. Research has shown that rear-facing travel can be up to five times safer for young children in frontal crashes.
✅ Keep your child rear-facing until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight limit of their car seat—not simply because they’ve reached a certain age.
But choosing the right seat is only part of the equation.
✔️ Make sure your child is strapped in correctly every single journey. Harness straps should be snug, with no bulky coats underneath.
✔️ Adjust the headrest correctly so it sits at the appropriate height for your child’s shoulders, following your car seat manufacturer’s instructions. A poorly adjusted headrest cannot provide the protection it was designed for.
✔️ Not all car seats offer the same level of protection. Look for seats that have been independently tested and comply with the latest safety standards and certifications (such as UN R129/i-Size where applicable). A certified, well-tested seat used correctly is always the safest choice.
Ask yourself:
• Is my child’s car seat suitable for my vehicle?
• Is it installed correctly?
• Is my child secured properly on every journey?
❤️ A car seat is one of the most important purchases you’ll ever make. Share this post—you could help save a child’s life.

☀️ That holiday tan isn’t always a healthy glow. Sometimes it’s skin damage.
Every year, thousands of people experience severe sunburn while on holiday, often thinking it’s “just part of the trip.” The reality is that repeated sunburn significantly increases the risk of developing skin cancer, including melanoma.
🚩 Don’t ignore skin changes. Get them checked if you notice:
• A new mole or spot
• A mole changing in size, shape or colour
• Irregular or uneven borders
• Multiple colours within the same mole
• Itching, bleeding, crusting or a sore that won’t heal
Early detection saves lives. Most skin cancers are highly treatable when found early, which is why it’s so important not to delay seeking medical advice.
Protect your skin by:
☀️ Wearing SPF 30–50 every day
🧢 Covering up with clothing and a hat
🌴 Seeking shade during peak UV hours
🔁 Reapplying sunscreen every 2 hours, especially after swimming
Your skin remembers every sunburn—even the ones from years ago.
💛 If something doesn’t look right, don’t wait. Book an appointment with your GP or a dermatologist. It could save your life.

Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is much more than simply “not liking the way you look.”
It is a recognised mental health condition where a person becomes consumed by perceived flaws in their appearance—flaws that are often minor or not noticeable to anyone else.
As aesthetic practitioners, we have a responsibility that goes beyond performing treatments. Sometimes the most ethical decision is not to inject, but to pause, listen, and encourage someone to seek the right support.
No amount of filler, Botox or surgery can treat body dysmorphia. In fact, repeated cosmetic procedures may reinforce the cycle rather than resolve it.
Signs that may raise concern include:
• Constantly seeking reassurance about appearance.
• Frequently changing practitioners because results are “never enough.”
• Obsessing over tiny imperfections that others cannot see.
• Believing that one more treatment will finally bring happiness or confidence.
Aesthetic medicine should enhance confidence—not become a substitute for self-worth.
Let’s continue to create a culture where natural results, honest conversations and clients wellbeing always come before profit.
💚 Beauty begins with a healthy relationship with yourself.

To our beautiful Matylda, on your 4th birthday ❤️
Today you are four years old, and it feels impossible that so much time has passed already. You made us parents, and from the very first moment you changed our world forever.
You are kind, funny, clever, full of imagination, and you have the biggest heart. Your laughter fills our home, your questions keep us thinking, and your cuddles make every difficult day better.
This year you became an amazing big sister. Watching you love, protect, and care for Marianka has made us so proud. You are growing into such a wonderful little person.
Never lose your curiosity, your confidence, or your beautiful smile. Dream big, be brave, be kind, and always remember that you are loved more than words could ever say.
Wherever life takes you, we will always be here—cheering you on, catching you when you fall, and celebrating every little and big success along the way.
Happy 4th Birthday, our precious girl. Thank you for making our lives brighter every single day.
With all our love,
Mum & Dad

✨ Temple Filler – One of the most underrated treatments for facial balance ✨
Sometimes the missing piece isn’t adding volume to the cheeks or lips—it’s restoring the temples.
When the temple area becomes hollow, it can make the face appear tired, the upper face lose support, and the tail of the eyebrow sit lower than it naturally should. Carefully placed temple filler can help restore that lost support, creating a softer, more balanced appearance while giving a subtle lift to the outer brow.
This treatment is only suitable for clients with genuine temple hollowing. Not everyone is a candidate, which is why I always take a conservative, assessment-led approach.
✨ Benefits may include:
• Restoring harmony to the upper face
• Softening a hollow, tired appearance
• Supporting a subtle lift of the eyebrow tail
• Creating a more balanced facial profile
📍All new clients must attend a face-to-face consultation before any treatment. Your anatomy, medical history and treatment goals will always be assessed first to ensure this is the right option for you.
🎉 Introductory Offer
Usually £280
£180 for the first 5 suitable clients following a consultation.
Natural results. Restored structure. Beautiful balance. ✨
A little update on my own treatment results 👀
Treatment was done on Friday morning, and today is Monday…
As you can see from the video, my frown is already significantly reduced and my forehead movement is very limited. Considering how strong my muscles normally are, I was genuinely surprised by how quickly everything started to settle.
My chin is looking softer too, although this area always requires a cautious approach. The muscles around the chin and lower face overlap, and treating the wrong muscle can affect the way the smile moves. I’d much rather add a small top-up later if needed than be too aggressive from the start.
It’s also worth remembering that results continue to develop over the following days, so what you see today is not necessarily the final result.
This is my first treatment since having Marianka, so I can’t comment on longevity yet, but I can definitely share my personal experience as it progresses.
For now, I’m impressed with how quickly things have started to settle. 😊
Video taken 3 days after treatment.
Individual results vary and treatment suitability should always be assessed during a consultation.
