Why nails can go soft and break easier during the seasons changing ..

Ypu will often notice when the weather5 changes. It’s not usually that the gel polish or builder itself suddenly becomes weak; the natural nail underneath can change with temperature, humidity and water exposure.

🍂 Why nails can feel softer and break more during seasonal changes

🍂Temperature changes: Going from warm summer weather into cooler autumn temperatures can affect the natural nail's flexibility and moisture balance.

🍂Lower humidity: Cooler weather often means drier air, which can make the natural nail more brittle and prone to splitting or breaking.
More hand washing: Autumn/winter can mean more frequent hand washing and use of hot water, which repeatedly causes the nail to absorb and lose moisture

🍂Water exposure: Natural nails swell slightly when exposed to water and contract again as they dry. Repeated cycles can contribute to weakness, lifting or breakage.

A good way to explain it :
