You ARE WORTH it

Enough is enough. I'm writing this post as a reminder about our cancellation and no-show policy.
​I understand that unexpected things come up, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real impact on my small business. This isn't just a hobby for me; it's how I support my family and put food on the table for my kids. When you don't show up for an appointment, that's time and income lost that I can't get back.
​Going forward, please remember that all appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged the full-service amount. This is necessary to ensure my business can continue to operate and provide the best service to all of you.
​I truly appreciate all of my wonderful clients and thank you for respecting my time and livelihood.
