WAITING LIST

There are alot of clients to catch up on so we are trying to think of the fairest way to sort appointments. As we now have to skin test every colour client we think it will be easier to start a waiting list for our lady clients so we can try & get organised when we get a date.

This is only for our existing clients. New clients can make an appointment when we get a reopening date & open our appointment book 😊
➡️ We havent started a waiting list for our kids clients yet but keep an eye on our page & we will let you know when we are starting a separate waiting list for them 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

For our lady clients: send us a facebook message with the following details included ⬇️
• Service you require: - Foils (fullhead, half head or T-Bar)/Tint/Tint & meche/Balayage/Cut & Blowdry/Dry trim)
• Preferred stylist
• Contact number

If you have been using home dyes & need a colour correction please also let us know in your message. If you are unsure about what service you require send us a message & we will be happy to help.

Then when we get a reopening date we will ring you to book your appointment before we open our books to new clients 😊

With salons open in Wales this week and others across the country in the near future, we think its important to address the need for a patch test.

Please don't be surprised if your salon requests that you have one prior to your appointment. Your skin can react to an active ingredient at any time, even if you have your hair / eyebrows coloured regularly. There is also much speculation that COVID 19 can increase your skin sensitivity and therefore cause new allergic reactions.

Patch testing is essential to ensure that the active ingredient within colour does not cause an allergic reaction. It is a simple and safe way of protecting both a client and a salon and keeping you safe.

Whilst it may be inconvenient to visit your salon 48 hours before your appointment, it is essential and so please be respectful and co operative during the process.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️
Any of our Colour clients who have had Coronavirus in the last 3 months MUST have a skin test at least 48 hours before their next colour appointment or else we can not carry out a colour service. This is to test for any skin reactions that can be caused after having the virus
