We started with a hormone workshop with Carla, followed by a pelvic floor talk from Ciara, we rounded off the morning with yoga & breathwork with Carla and then we tucked into a delicious breakfast provided by the Balmoral Hotel.

Woman’s Wellness Morning with Carla

Spend the morning with us in the on Sunday 8th February from 9am for our Woman’s wellness morning with Carla and a special guest speaker- Ciara Dobbins who’s a physio specializing in pelvic floor.

We start the morning with a 60 minute session will give you the information and tools to understand, navigate and work with your hormones through training, work and everyday life. Whether you have a menstrual cycle, or are going through the menopause/perimenopause, you’ll learn about the female s*x hormones and how they impact everything from energy to moods, relationships and how we feel about ourselves.

Ciara will then take us through everything we need to know about our pelvic floor and the essential exercises.

This will be followed by a 60 minute yoga session with Carla including breathwork, self-acupressure and mindful movement to support hormones and release stress and tension in the body and mind. The practice is focused on emotional balance and getting out of an overthinking busy head space, promoting calm and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
Please bring a yoga mat.
 
There will also be breakfast, tea & coffee provided and goodie bags for all our attendees.

Workshops are delivered by Carla Adams - | Carla is a women’s wellness educator, yoga teacher and podcaster.
