Why I always start with a consultation first.
No two faces are the same and aesthetic treatments should never be approached with a “one size fits all” mindset. Every patient is different, with their own features, facial anatomy, concerns, goals, and preferences. That’s why I believe treatments should always be personalised and tailored to the individual.
If you’re considering aesthetic treatment, I truly believe the consultation is the most important part of the entire process.
A good consultation should never feel rushed, intimidating, or sales-focused. It’s an opportunity for us to have an open and honest conversation about your concerns, goals, medical history, lifestyle, and whether treatment is actually appropriate for you.
I strongly believe in informed consent and shared decision-making, which means you should fully understand your options, feel comfortable asking questions, and never feel pressured into having treatment.
Your safety and wellbeing will always be my main priority. Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and should be approached with honesty, ethics, and care. If I don’t believe a treatment is right for you, or if I feel something is unnecessary, I will always tell you honestly. Ethical practice will always come before simply saying “yes” to everything.
Consultations are also about creating natural, balanced results that are tailored to you as an individual - not trends, not over treatment, and never changing who you are.
Most importantly, you should leave your consultation feeling informed, reassured, comfortable, and confident in whatever decision you make 🤍

Your skincare routine shouldn’t stay the same forever.
Your skin changes with weather, stress, hormones, lifestyle, age and even with how much you’re doing to it.
Ask yourself:
• Has my skin changed?
• Am I overdoing actives?
• Am I treating old concerns?
• Does my skin need support instead of correction?
If some of these signs feel familiar,
it might be time to check in with your skin.
You’ve been using the same skincare for years… so why did it suddenly stop working?
One of the most common things I hear:
“Nothing’s changed in my routine, but my skin just doesn’t look the same anymore.”
Your skin changes with age.
As we age, our skin goes through hormonal shifts, slower cell turnover, collagen loss, dehydration, and changes in oil production. So the products that worked for your skin at 25 may not give your skin what it needs at 35 or 45.
This is one of the biggest reasons people feel frustrated with skincare. Your skincare should evolve as your skin evolves. The goal isn’t to use more products. It’s to use the right products for the skin you have today.
Sometimes small adjustments make the biggest difference:
