Today I celebrate every version of the nurse I’ve become and all the versions that led me here💙

Nursing has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. It has taught me strength, compassion, resilience and humanity. It has given me purpose, but it has also challenged me in ways words could never fully explain.

My own personal struggles with health have also shaped the nurse I am today. They’ve given me a deeper understanding of vulnerability, empathy and the importance of truly listening and they’ve helped me become a stronger advocate for the people in my care.

But one of the greatest gifts this journey has given me is the people🥰
The patients who trusted me in their most vulnerable moments.
The nurses and colleagues who supported me, inspired me, carried me through difficult days and became lifelong friends along the way❤️

Some days are heavy. Some days are exhausting.

But even in the hardest moments, it remains one of the greatest honours of my life to care for others.

To every nurse carrying both pride and pressure at the same time, I see you🫶

To every student nurse questioning are the hard days worth it, please don’t underestimate yourself❤️
The long shifts, the self-doubt, the emotional exhaustion and the feeling of not being good enough..so many of us have stood where you are!
One day you’ll look back and realise those difficult moments helped shape the compassionate, resilient nurse you were becoming all along🫶

Not every result needs to be posted to be powerful🤍

One question I get often is: “Why don’t you share more before & afters?”

The truth is, client confidentiality and comfort will always come first in my clinic. While I absolutely love showcasing results, not every client wants their journey shared online, and I fully respect that.

Aesthetics is personal. For many, it’s about confidence, subtle enhancements, and feeling like the best version of themselves, not being displayed on social media.

I also believe that results should be seen in real life, not just through perfectly angled or selectively lit images.

Every face is unique, and true results are best appreciated in movement, expression, and natural light.

That being said, I will always share results where I have full consent, so you can still see the quality of my work🤍
