I remember this holiday all our Family on a cruise and i just felt embarrassed & uncomfortable that i was so over weight.
I was always the 1st one to crack jokes about how fat i was before anyone else did.
I had tried lots of different ways to try and lose weight and did lose a few pounds but could never manage to maintain it.

In September 2019 i went for a Free Wellness evaluation and the rest is history as they say.

I had found my flow i have lost
3 stone
150 cm
Dropped body fat
Hydration is up.
Gone from a 22 to 12
My Fybromyalgia symptoms are massively reduced. ( no more pain meds).
But i have maintained my weight for over 3 1/2 years something i had never managed to do.

5 weeks ago i left my job after 19 years and now 🙃

I am opening my own Brand new Nutrition club Ignition Nutrition on Monday and i want to help as many people feel as healthy as i do.

So today something happened i signed my lease to my own Nutrition club 🙃. Ignition Nutrition
I am so incredibly excited to begin this next part of my journey let the fun 😁 ( and lots of hard work begin).

It just takes one moment when you say “enough is enough”
I was fed up of pretending I was okay.

I was fed up of the excruciating pain in my body.

I was fed up of hiding behind baggy clothes & not being able to see my toes.

I was fed up of being the fat friend. The one people felt sorry for. The “ugly” one.

So I switched it.

I still eat cake 🎂
I still have treats 🥞
I still struggle at times to fight off my inner fatty

But

I am healthier INTERNALLY, my stats are high muscles and low fat around my organs.
I feel so much happier, I’m not hiding any more
I’m actually feeling younger than I did in my 20s! Im 54 btw

I can’t help people who aren’t ready to be helped. You have to have your F**K IT moment & be ready to make a change ❤️

So tomorrow i retire from a job i have been in for 19 years Palmerston School i have had some of the best times and made lifelong friends.
I feel extremely Grateful that i have been part of so many amazing young peoples lives and feel very honoured to have been part of story.

On Monday i will start to build up my own business helping people get healthier and live more active lives, a job i have done this PT for over 4 years but now feel it is my time to spread my wings and Launch Ignition Nutrition.
