I created this poem for my lovely Dad as we said goodbye in February this year. 💙💙💙💙💙

I am here, all around you, just look and you will see.
In the garden, in the sunlight, with the robin on the tree.
I am in my garden, standing here, my favourite past-time.
I'm behind you, holding you as you hang washing on the line.
I'm back in the sun, with warmth all around.
So quiet, so peaceful , blackbird makes the only sound.

I'm standing in the kitchen, making a cup of tea
I am there, I'm around,if you look you will see
I can sit on our couch ,we are watching TV
I am sitting next to you, if you look you will see.

Through the day, through the night I'll be holding your hand
You wil see my footprints in the sand.

I am here, a Husband, Father, Granpop, Brother and friend
I have my big heart, my arms, my legs and they are on the mend.

I'm standing tall, being the Gentleman I am
I will visit Everton, with John
As there number one fan.

Thomas and Ellie, don't worry, I will always be with you,
And im here , to watch over little Miss Lottie Lou
What a privilege it was to hold her hand , share a smile.
Just tell her her Granpop won't be here for a while.

Thomas my Grandchild we spent hours playing ball,
I'm still here all around you , I'll be there if you call.
I watched you grow from a Baby to a man
You travel, you live , do everything you can
Life is short , you get one inning ,
Go smash your cooking, your Michelin stars ,now get winning

Ellie my Grandchild we spent hours playing with dolls,
From Bratts , to Barbie's and furry little trolls .
But every moment we spent I watched you grow, there a few things, that you need to know..
You are stronger than you think, a fantastic mummy you will be..
Tell Miss Lottie little stories , so she will always remember me.

Share memories and pictures to keep our family spirit alive
Keep challenging yourselves , stay ambitious with drive
I will always be there at each milestone you achieve
Now it's time to be happy, not sad, don't grieve
I am here , all around, if you look you will see
I'm your Husband, your Dad, Granpop, Brother , friend ...yes it's me.

My Dad , my soul mate , my lovely best friend
I am glad I was there with you at the end
I cherished your dignity , and maintained your respect
And I'm truly sorry my actions seemed inept.
What an honour it was, to provide your last breath
But I need to celebrate your life now, no more mourning your death.

Embrace memories with fondness, and look back with a smile.
And remember our adventures when I was a child.
Never a dull moment either painting or playing
And I recall one day, I remember you saying
Let's go to town... And I smiled with joy
But u really were turning me into a boy
As a child you bought me cars, scaletrix and a train,
We would sit making airfix models whilst listening to the rain.
You bought the toys as a child that you never had
What a nice thought , I should had been glad ( joke dad ).
I thank you so much for being there in my life ,
Being a Granpop to my children and being the perfect husband to your wife.

Now Look all around you , then you will see,
The man you see today, is just a shell of me
You are surrounded with my love, that will never go away
I'll be holding your hand, every single day

You will never be alone , I will always be here.
Live life to the full, be happy , please don't fear
I'm ok, I'm safe , and I'm surrounded with love
I'm with family & friends we have lost , Just look up above
I'm in the clouds, on the stars , If you look you will see
The star shining back will always be me

This is a regular treatment we do here at the beauty institute.

My client here regularly comes in to get her tootsies transformed, she suffers from b12 deficiency which means her nails go very weak and brittle and have this shredding like appearance.
We created this beautiful set of toes which will need an infill every 2/3 weeks to keep on top of the growth.
