YOU are the most important participant in a consultation…it’s a crucial part of your treatment process because it’s where WE make a plan.

You’re paying for a service and although I don’t charge for consultations, that’s part of my expertise as a professional, that you’re paying for.

What problem can I solve for you ?

More specifically, what don’t you like about your brows/hair/skin/nails/lips/face…..? (And this part of the conversation is where it can and does get quite emotional at times, for both of us. But this is where we form a bond of trust and care…I WANT you to walk out after your treatment, like you’re floating on air….

💇🏻‍♀️ My general rule of thumb, is that if you can’t run your fingers through your hair, without your fingers snagging towards the ends, then you need to get in touch for a trim or a cut and blow dry, so we can rectify the problem you are experiencing as quickly as possible
