How I’m preventing “Ozempic Face” (and “Runners Face”) for my patients… 🏃🏽‍♀️💉✨

Whether it’s from rapid weight loss or years of high-intensity training, we’re seeing a massive increase in what people are calling “Ozempic Face” or “Runners Face.”

The common denominator? A loss of deep facial fat pads. 📉

When we lose volume quickly, the skin loses its “scaffolding,” leading to a hollow, gaunt, or prematurely aged appearance. But here’s the thing: we don’t just want to “fill” the face—we want to restore the structure.

My approach focuses on:
