Your 20s are not the time to panic about ageing. They’re the time to build the habits your skin will thank you for later

If there is one thing I would start early, it’s this. UV exposure is involved in pigmentation, collagen breakdown and a lot of the visible changes we eventually associate with ageing. You don’t need the most expensive SPF on the shelf, you need one that works for your skin, sits well under makeup and is easy enough to use consistently
I would choose consistency over a bathroom full of trending products every single time. A good cleanser, moisturiser, SPF and a couple of well-chosen actives can take you much further than constantly changing your routine because somebody on TikTok discovered a new ingredient. Your 20s are a really good time to learn what your skin actually likes

Why am I putting fizzy water on your face? 🫧
During certain facials, I use CO₂ tablets to create CO₂-enriched water directly on the skin.
As the carbon dioxide is released, it temporarily increases CO₂ at the skin. Your body responds by increasing local blood flow and encouraging haemoglobin to release more of the oxygen it’s carrying into the surrounding tissue.
