The face vs the products ➡️✨

As someone who is naturally acne prone, my skincare choices aren’t based on trends or what’s currently viral.

Every product in my routine has been chosen for a reason and usually used for years.

I predominantly use pharmaceutical skincare because it’s formulated with evidence based ingredients, advanced delivery systems and concentrations that are designed to create real change within the skin.

The reality is, clear skin isn’t usually the result of one miracle product. It’s the result of consistently using the right products, for the right skin, at the right time.

These are the products that help me keep my own acne prone skin healthy, balanced and breakout-free 🤍

This weekend I attended with my bestie and business partner .uk, in London and it genuinely couldn’t have come at a better time.

As someone juggling multiple businesses, it’s so easy to get caught in the day to day hustle of things that you forget to step back, learn and think bigger. This weekend reminded me why getting in the room matters.

Hearing from , , .ferdi, , and so many more incredible women has left me with so much inspiration and so many ideas.

As a founder of multiple businesses, I left with pages of notes, fuel and a renewed appreciation for the power of community. The conversations between sessions were often just as valuable as the talks themselves. Being surrounded by ambitious women who are all building something different, yet facing many of the same challenges, was incredibly inspiring.

There really is something special about being in a room where everyone is there to learn, grow and support one another. The energy is hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it.

A very full notebook, a very full heart and lots of exciting ideas coming home with me 🤎✨🚀

Before & after photos don’t perform like viral reels anymore 👇🏼

No perfect lighting.
No over-produced reel.
No viral hook.

But for the person in these photos, this is probably one of the biggest wins of their life.

Less inflammation.
Less covering up.
Less thinking about their skin every second of the day.

And that’s why I’ll always continue to post them

Sometimes helping somebody feel more comfortable leaving the house without thinking about their skin all day is actually a pretty big deal 🤍

I love what I do and I’m so grateful for it… but I also think people forget social media is supposed to be FUN sometimes 🥹

Not every post needs analysing, not every moment needs documenting, and not everything is as deep as the internet makes it feel.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is log off, go outside, spend time with your people and remember there’s a whole life happening beyond your screen 🤍
