My last ever term time day off with my last ever baby 🤍
It really does feel quite emotional 🥹
All I ever, ever wanted was to be a mum and this last 10 years sitting on my nest growing my babies has been the most magical and beautiful time of my whole life 🤍 but there is undoubtedly parts of trying to juggle running my businesses at the same time as having the kids at home that has reduced me to tears on many occasions 🤍
For my own sanity I had to accept that whenever it was a decision between work or the kids - the answer was always the kids because I know I will never regret that. We can’t go back and restart our children but we can always go back and restart businesses.
To all of our clients who have continued to support us throughout this era of mum chaos, having the babies with me in clinic, not replying to messages for days, and our loyalty cards and monthly offers going by the way side - thankyou so much for still loving me regardless 🙏
Thankyou to my Em 𝑒𝓂𝓂𝒶 for being my queen of organisation for years while I turn up make a mess and leave 🙈 and also accepting the hundred times I’ve said ‘we will put that in place from next week’ and it never happening 🤪
To anyone in an earlier stage of babies and business than I am - please take my advice… don’t feel rubbish looking at other peoples businesses feeling like your behind, accept that you will probably get into bed often feeling like you’ve failed at either your business or being a mum or even both that day, but that’s ok. Try to replace that feeling with an acceptance that you’re doing your best. This chapter is temporary, try to enjoy it as much as you can and be as proud of yourself as you can be 🤍🤍🤍

A big point I want to make is that it takes around 3 months for supplements to make any significant changes to your body. Often people take them for a week - don’t feel any different and give up. Unfortunately that’s not how it works.
