Quirky victorian style
fuming I got that fine, if I was an unpleasant person I could have told him where to stick it and gotten away with it. but because im polite and stopped I get smacked with a £60 fine! nice way to screw the under dogs, way to go borough council and the 'honorable' officer henney. I applaud your ability to screw over the little man.
