Start With a Skin Scan.
Want clarity on your skin?

Wrinkle smoothing treatment should never be a ‘quick top-up’ without proper assessment.
In your consultation I assess facial movement, symmetry, brow/eyelid support, medical history and suitability, then we agree a conservative plan (or we don’t treat at all).
Education and safety first — always.

The safest injector is the one who says: “Let’s assess first.”
Consultations matter because two people can ask for the same thing — and need completely different plans. Aesthetic medicine isn’t one-size-fits-all, and your starting point changes everything.
During a consultation we focus on:
Your medical history and suitability (safety first)
Facial structure, asymmetry, and how your face changes over time
Prior treatments (what’s already in the tissue matters)
A plan that prioritises balance over “quick fixes”
Time to ask questions and decide without pressure

Worried about lines around the mouth?
Here’s what most people miss.
Perioral lines (around the mouth) are a common concern for women 35+ - and it’s understandable. They can make you feel like your face looks tense, tired, or “not as soft” as it used to.
The important bit: it’s not always a single-area issue. For many people, changes in lip support and midface volume can influence how the mouth area looks - which is why a staged plan often gives a more natural outcome.
What we did:
• Assessed the lip area, skin quality, and lower-face movement in person
• Treated the perioral/lip border region with an injectable rejuvenation plan to restore support
• Used midface and lateral cheek dermal filler support to reduce the
“heaviness” that can pull attention to the mouth area
• Kept everything subtle, so we can review and adjust over time
If you want an assessment-led plan for the mouth area, book your consultation via the link in bio.
What I mean by a staged approach.
Most “full face” results aren’t about doing more in one sitting — they’re about doing the right thing, in the right order, for the right layer.
Here’s how I explain it in clinic:
1) Surface (what you see up close)
Texture, dehydration, crepey quality, dullness
→ We prioritise skin-quality treatments (think skin boosters / remodelling-style approaches) to improve hydration and refinement.
2) Support (what the skin sits on)
Firmness and resilience that builds gradually
→ Where appropriate, we plan collagen-supporting treatments that work over months for longer-term improvement.
3) Structure (what holds shape).
Loss of fullness, softer definition, shadows that weren’t there before
→ Sometimes skin treatments alone can’t restore shape — structural HA filler may be needed (often in some degree) to rebalance and support facial contours.
4) Foundation (the deeper support layer)
For some patients, part of the plan may be supporting the deeper “foundation” tissues to help the face look more stable and refreshed — this is training-dependent and discussed only if suitable.
Why staged?
Because it helps you get results that look natural, balanced, and proportionate — while keeping treatment conservative and review-led.
If you’re curious what your staged plan would look like, book an assessment and we’ll map out:
priorities
timelines
budget options
and what I’d recommend not doing yet.
