This lady came to me concerned over the lines on her neck. She was turning 60 and had a party planned and wanted to feel the best she could on her birthday.

Before we started treatment we discussed home skin care routine and daily habits. With a few tweaks of home life we began to repair.

We started with microneedling and derma 2.0 bio using meso therapy for face and microneedling on the neck with meso therapy derma tone. We added sosum skin boosters for the finishing result.

I can't stress enough how important a good homecare routine is combined with a treatment plan to improve you're skin.

My favourite homecare tips for healthy skin are :

1. Make your first drink of the day a warm water with a squeeze of lemon 🍋.

2. Cleanse your face morning and night with either a cream cleanser or a facial wash (I like to feel cold water on my face so I prefer a facial wash especially in the morning).

3. Apply hyaluronic acid serum daily. Apply before moisturizer and leave for approx 5 min to soak in before applying moisturizer.

4. Apply day cream in the morning and night cream in the evening.

5. Apply eye cream around the outer edge of the eye. Morning and night.

6. Exfoliate once a week to shed dead skin cells. Exfoliating can help to brighten your complexion and give you a more youthful appearance.

7. Excerise! Working out is great for your skin because it gets your blood pumping and helps your body perform at its best. In fact, both exercise and sweat are good for your skin they can help keep it clean, hydrated, and healthy.

8. My final homecare tip is making sure you get enough sleep 😴 At night, the skin has its highest levels of blood flow, which increases body temperature and helps repair badly damaged skin. Getting a good night sleep can help with skin tone and texture!
