This month one of my main goals is to be consistent with my gratitude work. Gratitude helps with our mindset and can actually rewire the brain to think positively, to have faith, hope and self belief. It helps us to not live in lack energy , helping us with manifestation.
I often fall into not being consistent with my wellbeing / mindset practices. I have realised that my anxiety can cause me to live in lack energy/mindset which, along with my struggles with self belief & deep down self worth, hinders my ability to manifest. Everyone is on their own healing journey and we all have things to work on and to release. This is why it is important to reflect every so often, to be aware of our own energy & needs and to be honest with ourselves about patterns we need to let go of.
So today, I started as I mean to go on. Thank you Mindset/Law of attraction/positivity/confidence for the last day of July sheet.
On Monday I am going to get my arse into gear and start The Magic. I started reading it at the beginning of the year and got distracted 🙈 So Monday I will start the 28 days practice of it.

Sometimes I feel like I have over shared during a session but there are reasons for this. I particularly want my clients to feel welcome, at ease, comfortable and safe. My clients trust me with their Reiki and often share their struggles with me. This is a safe space and everything said to me stays confidential. I can relate to a lot of what is shared with me, so I often share some of my experiences. I also get passionate about the chakra system and talk about chakras during the crystal placement part of the session. At the end of the session I explain everything I picked up on during the treatment.
I do try not to waffle on and I do also listen. Sometimes people just want someone to listen. My intention during a session is to help my clients and my clients’ needs are my priority.
But if I ever waffle on too much please tell me.
I am so thankful for the lovely clients I have and I am always keen to welcome new clients too. 💜🙏
