Our first Monday mindfulness walk was amazing this morning led by Tracey 🙌 she was brilliant ❤️ next Monday sport's couch is being our walk leader, everyone is welcome to join in and get involved 10:30 at the Belle Vale Community Centre Charity with a free cuppa donated by see you all next week ❤️❤️❤️

9am -2pm Monday to Friday ❤️❤️

Come and chat to our lovely from here until 2pm today to answer any questions, sign post to services or just have a cuppa and a chat ☕️ 💛

Join us at Lee Valley Library for a creative play and storytelling session this February half term, led by Travelled Companions.
