Reflexology is one of my favourite treatments to give and receive. Over the next few weeks I’m going to be posting about the benefits this treatment can bring.

Most of us have felt the relief of putting our feet up after a long day, or having a foot rub when your feet are tired and aching.
Taking care of our feet seems to make our entire body feel good, so that’s why a therapy like reflexology which works on the feet to improve health and a sense of wellbeing of the whole person, appeals to so many people.
Foot Reflexology involves the application of varying degrees of pressure to the feet in order to produce beneficial effects in other parts of the body.

Facial Acupuncture: This treatment works by putting tiny needles into specific points in the face to stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory system which releases nutrients and oxygen to the skin cells. The tiny positive micro trauma caused by the needles encourage the production of collagen and elastin. This helps minimise fine lines and wrinkles and promotes the skins glow.

Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi ear candling) is one of my most popular treatments, due to the effect it can have on your sinuses.

The Hopi candles are hollow tubes made out of cotton or linen which are un-bleached and soaked in beeswax honey and medicinal herbs. The candle acts like a chimney when lit and causes warm air inside to rise and create a vacuum effect. The vacuum gently stimulates and massages the ear drum drawing out impurities and the natural and safe removal of ear wax, creating a balancing effect within the head and ears.

I only use the highest quality candles infused with sage, chamomile, honey and medicinal herbs to help with anti inflammatory.
