People use Instagram to make themselves feel better also they think because that is what they’ve got to look at and try and make themselves feel better.
Nobody’s life is perfect, although Instagram mainly shows that that is so.
So whatever you are going through, try and focus on yourself and not scrolling through too much thinking everybody’s life is better because majority of the time it isn’t.
