As some of you may know, we recently lost our wonderful client, Karen, and this week we came together to celebrate her life, surrounded by so many of the people who meant so much to her. 🤍

Karen had been visiting our salon for many years, and every visit was a joy. With her witty stories, wonderful sense of humour and bubbly personality, she had a way of putting a smile on everyone’s face.

As much as Karen looked forward to seeing us, we all looked forward to seeing her too. We knew that whenever Karen walked through our doors, our day was going to be a little brighter.

Her beauty therapists and hairdresser have all spoken so fondly of Karen and have made a point of sharing just how truly gorgeous she was, both inside and out. She was a very special person who brought so much warmth and happiness with her.

We know Karen will be deeply missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her, including all of us here at Urban Calm.

Our thoughts are with Karen’s family and everyone who knew and cherished her. 🤍
