If your clinic is struggling with client retention, itās not a marketing problem⦠itās a journey problem.
Every day I see incredible ābefore & afterā results being advertised⦠but whatās missing is the truth behind them.
Those results donāt come from one treatment.
They come from a plan. A process. A partnership between practitioner and client.
Hereās whatās really happening in too many clinics:
A client walks in asking for microneedling or a chemical peel because theyāve seen it onlineā¦
And instead of guiding them, we deliver it.
But what if their skin barrier is compromised?
What if their internal health is working against the treatment?
Now youāve got:
Excessive downtime
Poor results
A disappointed client who never returns
Thatās not just a treatment issue, thatās a retention issue.
We have to get back to being professionals.
āļø Start with a proper consultation
āļø Assess the skin (not just visually, but functionally)
āļø Consider a short ātest + treatā approach (even a 15-min skin prep facial can tell you everything)
āļø Focus on barrier repair first, not aggressive treatments
And hereās the part many clinics are still missingā¦
Internal health matters.
Weāre now testing clients and consistently seeing low Omega-3 Index levels, which directly impacts:
ā Skin inflammation
ā Healing response
ā Treatment outcomes
If the body isnāt supported internally, your treatments are already working at a disadvantage.
So instead of one-hit treatments, think long-term:
š” Build a skin journey
š” Create annual treatment plans
š” Introduce āskin clubsā or memberships
š” Combine external treatments with internal support
š” Prepare the skin before progressing to advanced treatments
Because real results, the kind that retain clients⦠are built, not rushed.
Clients donāt just want treatments.
They want direction.
They want trust.
They want a plan.
And when you give them that, retention takes care of itself.

You donāt have to change the world to make a difference.
Sometimes, helping one person is everything.
Lift someone. Back them. Believe in them.
Thatās how real impact starts.
Because when you help someone else rise, you create something bigger than yourself.
And that might be the most powerful achievement of all.

Iām looking for a different kind of person right nowā¦
Not the ones sitting on the fence.
Not the ones watching everyone else win.
Not the ones waiting for the āperfect timeā (it doesnāt exist).
Iām looking for people who:
⢠Think outside the box
⢠Refuse to settle for average
⢠Are done with just āgetting byā
⢠Actually want to build a life they deserve
The kind of people who want:
āļø Freedom to travel when they want
š” To upgrade their home
š To upgrade their car
šø To earn more than just covering bills
š To build a real retirement plan
Because hereās the truthā¦
Right now, there are people in rooms like this š
Winning. Growing. Smiling. Backing themselves.
And every single one of them started exactly where you are.
Some people are already earning a few thousand extra a month.
Some are pushing through ranks.
Some are completely changing their lives.
And others?
Theyāre still watching.
Still sitting on the sidelines.
Still waiting.
Still getting splinters from the fence.
So Iāll ask youā¦
Are you one of these people?
Or do you want to become one of them?
Because this isnāt about luck.
Itās not about timing.
Itās about a decision.
Weāve got the support, mentorship, and systems in place.
But it only works for people who are ready to move.
So⦠are you watching, or are you ready to go?
If itās the second oneā¦. message me š„

⨠Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) is real⦠and healing is possible āØ
This is one of my clientās journeys after long-term steroid use.
At the start:
š“ Inflamed
š„ Burning, reactive
š§© Peeling & fragile
š Skin barrier compromised
She was told: āTSW isnāt real.ā
But her experience ā and her healing ā say otherwise.
āø»
š” After stopping steroids, the skin can go through withdrawal:
⢠Redness & inflammation
⢠Burning/stinging
⢠Flaking & shedding
⢠Hypersensitivity
āø»
šæ What we focused on:
āļø Repairing the skin barrier
āļø Removing irritants
āļø Gentle, supportive skincare
āļø Letting the skin heal
No quick fixes ā just patience & consistency.
āø»
šø Latest update (March):
Not perfect, but healing beautifully.
Calmer. Stronger. Rebuilding.
āø»
ā¤ļø If youāre going through this:
Youāre not alone. Your skin isnāt broken. Healing is possible.

About Six Weeks Progress ā„ļø
When she first came to me, she was barely sleeping. Constant twitching. Deep bone soreness. Intense nerve pain. Fragile, inflamed skin.
Today:
⢠Sleeping through the night
⢠Twitching resolved
⢠Bone soreness gone
⢠Nerve pain settled
⢠Skin rebuilding
⢠Inflammation significantly reduced
This is what happens when the body is supported properly.
Healing isnāt instant⦠but it is possible.
Topical Steroid Withdrawal recovery takes patience, consistency, and the right internal and external support. Proud of this progress.

Just been sent this along with an image of a teenagers face ā¬ļø and itās what Iām seeing more and more lately.
Cleanser.
High-percentage actives.
Another active.
Heavy occlusive cream on top.
All because TikTok said so. Because an influencer said āthis is the routine you NEED.ā Because someone with no skin education decided to play skin expert.
And now?
Barrier disruption everywhere.
Redness.
Burning.
Breakouts that arenāt acne, theyāre inflammation.
Skin that canāt tolerate anything anymore.
Niacinamide 10% + zinc.
Sulphur cleansers.
Layering actives without understanding skin physiology.
Just because something is trending doesnāt mean itās appropriate for YOUR skin. High-percentage actives are not harmless. Used incorrectly, they compromise the barrier fast.
And hereās the part thatās frustratingā¦
When the barrier is impaired, throwing supplements, oils or āprotocolsā at it wonāt fix it either. Even our test based protocols are not a magic plaster for a damaged skin barrier. You cannot out-supplement topical irritation. The skin still needs to be repaired correctly.
Skin is a living organ.
Not a trend.
Not a challenge.
Not content.
If you donāt understand corneocyte cohesion, lipid matrix function, TEWL, or inflammatory cascades⦠you shouldnāt be prescribing routines online.
Stay in your lane.
Because people are paying the price with their skin.
Barrier first. Always.
If your skin is stinging, reactive, breaking out suddenly, or ānothing works anymoreā itās definitely not that you need more actives.
Itās that you need less.

Iāve just floated out of Hamilton House and Iām not jokingā¦
I feel like Iāve smoked something illegal.
(For the record, I have not š)
They put me in this full-body compression suit called a Body Ballancer and it rhythmically inflates and deflates, pushing lymphatic fluid upwards through the body.
Itās basically a lymphatic workout⦠while you sit there doing absolutely nothing.
No needles.
No drama.
No effort.
Just wave-like pressure that supports circulation and helps move stagnant fluid.
And the result?
⢠Deep relaxation
⢠Heavy limbs turned light
⢠Brain switched off
⢠Nervous system fully down-regulated
I came out feeling like Iād had a 90-minute massage and a meditation retreat at the same time.
Theyāve told me to hydrate, keep electrolytes up, no caffeine today and just let the body do its thing.
Honestly?
If youāre holding stress, feeling puffy, sluggish, wired-but-tiredā¦
This is next level.
Hamilton House are building something special in the health & wellness space and I love collaborating with clinics that actually care about the nervous system as much as aesthetics.
10/10.
Would absolutely zip myself into the Michelin-man suit again.
