Then January 2017 I hit a massive low, I dragged myself to the doctors I’d had enough of feeling like this for so long. I knew I had to face my anxiety head on if I was ever going to get through this🤦🏻‍♀️😩....... I then randomly came across the film version of The Secret, I knew there was no way I had the attention span to read the book🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♀️..... that year was tough but before I knew it I was automatically switching my negative thoughts to positive......... I don’t know how many times I threw them tweezers! Can’t begin to count how many times I quit!!
