✨ MY TWEAKMENTS — because I wouldn’t treat my patients with anything I wouldn’t be comfortable having myself.

Aesthetic medicine, for me, isn’t about chasing trends or changing the way someone looks. It’s about carefully selected, evidence-led treatments that enhance, maintain and support natural features.

My own treatment plan includes cheek and lip filler, jawline contouring, polynucleotides, Profhilo®, anti-wrinkle treatments and medical-grade skincare pHformula UK & Ireland pHformula but every treatment has a purpose, and nothing is done simply because it can be done.

As a Registered Nurse and aesthetic practitioner, patient safety comes before a treatment or a sale. If I don’t believe a treatment is appropriate, safe or likely to benefit you, I won’t perform it, the same standard I apply to my own face.

I’m also very particular about what I inject. I use reputable, appropriately sourced products from established manufacturers and authorised suppliers, with full traceability and robust clinical protocols. No shortcuts and no compromising on quality.

The aim is never to look “done”. It’s to still look like you, refreshed, balanced and natural. 🖤

Cheek filler isn’t simply about adding volume, it’s about assessing facial anatomy, proportions and existing volume distribution to create a balanced result.

The lovely Lisa Hunt , dermal filler was carefully placed to restore cheek support and enhance the natural contour of the mid-face, while maintaining her individual features.

The aim is always refinement rather than transformation: considered product selection, precise placement and a treatment plan tailored to the individual.

The pressure of being an injector never completely disappears and honestly, it shouldn’t.

Every treatment requires a balance of patient safety, clinical judgement, anatomical knowledge and aesthetic outcome. While the patient may only see the final result, behind every injection is constant assessment: facial structure, tissue quality, vascular anatomy, product choice, placement, depth and proportion.

The lovely Helen attended with concerns around the mid-face and nasolabial folds. Rather than treating the folds alone, the cheeks were supported first to create lift and improve facial balance, followed by conservative treatment to the nasolabial area.

The aim was never to change her face, but to restore support and create a refreshed, natural result.

No two faces are the same, and every patient continues to teach us something. That is why ongoing training, reflection and respect for anatomy are so important in medical aesthetics.

Sometimes treating the line alone isn’t the best clinical approach.

This patient attended concerned about her nasolabial folds and initially wanted filler placed only into the smile-line area. Following a full-face assessment, it was clear that reduced mid-face support was contributing to the depth of the folds.

Adding too much product directly into the nasolabial area can create heaviness. Instead, a small amount of dermal filler was strategically placed within the cheek to restore support and provide a subtle lift, followed by conservative treatment to the nasolabial folds and lips for improved balance and hydration.

The result is refreshed and harmonious, while still looking completely natural.

Every treatment plan is bespoke and based on facial anatomy, tissue quality and individual goals. Consultation, consent and suitability assessment are required before treatment.
