We hate to do this. But as of today we have a cancellation policy, we require 24 hrs notice to cancel an appointment. this will require £15 per appointment missed or cancelled less than 24 hours.
a colour requires 2 appointments so this would be £30.
This is our livelihood and we don't get paid if you don't turn up.
This fee will need to be paid before another appointment is made. Thanks for understanding
