✨REMAINING AVAILABILITY FOR OCTOBER✨

I am also taking appointments now up until the end of December! If you haven’t already please drop me a message with any appointments you’d like to book up until Christmas☺️

Weekend appointments are almost fully booked🥰

✨ IMPORTANT NOTICE ✨

As we head into the busiest time of the year, I just wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of my cancellation and payment policies. 🤍

My appointment spaces are limited, and especially during the run-up to Christmas, every appointment is incredibly important to my small business. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it can be very difficult to offer that time to someone else.

📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment requires 48 hours notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations with no notice will require full payment.

💰 PAYMENT POLICY
• I currently accept cash or bank transfer only.
• Where possible, please make your bank transfer while you are still in the salon. This helps avoid having to chase outstanding payments and saves valuable time on admin.

I completely understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, and I will always try to be as understanding as possible. These policies simply help protect my time, my business and those clients who are waiting for appointments. 🤍

Thank you so much for your continued support, understanding and for keeping my little business so busy! I truly appreciate every single one of you. 🥰

Thank you,
Ellie 🤍
