Vinyasa Flow 🧘

One of our many yoga classes we offer at One Space. We offer Vinyqsa Flow in a warm environment or a hot one, all powered through our infrared heaters. And when we say it’s hot, it’s hot 🥵

What to expect with this class? You’ll move through a strong, breath-led sequence that builds strength, balance, and focus. This will help loosen muscles and deepen flexibility, especially in the heat.

All levels are welcome to this class. Expect to leave feeling powerful, refreshed, and totally reset 🌅

Who wants to know more about what we offer?

Introducing our new class: BarreFusion 🩰

What is it?
It is a low‑impact, total body workout inspired by ballet, designed to leave you feeling strong, balanced and stretched from head to toe

What’s involved?
You’ll move through a blend of lower body, upper body and full body exercises, with light hand weights used for some sections, alongside gentle but effective core work. Cardio bursts are woven throughout to raise the heart rate and keep the class energising and fun.

Who’s it for?
Everyone! BarreFusion focuses on improving strength, balance and flexibility, and is suitable for all ages and abilities. You’re encouraged to work at your own pace, choose the weight that feels right for you, and take options whenever needed.

Every Friday at 5.45pm
