Every January we promise ourselves change:
•To lose weight.
•To take better care of ourselves.
•To feel healthier, happier, more confident.

And then, very quietly, life takes over again.
Most New Year resolutions don’t fail because we don’t want change enough.
They fail because they’re too abstract — and too demanding for an already tired system.
“I’ll take better care of myself” sounds good.
But it doesn’t tell the brain what to do on a normal weekday.
Real change starts when we stop asking “What result do I want?” and start asking “What small action is realistic for me right now?”

For example:
I’ll go to bed before 11 p.m. at least 4 nights a week
One proper meal daily
I’ll stretch every morning, even for 2 minutes
Evening skincare - no skipping
I’ll drink water before my first coffee

Nothing dramatic. Nothing heroic.
Just something repeatable.
