Well it's been a crazy busy few weeks at Kim Friel Nails & Beauty, it's been so lovely to hear everyone getting back to doing some of the things they love and being able to properly show off their new nails and brows ❤️

Things are continuing to look busy up to Christmas so I have had to make the unfortunate decision to close my diary to new clients 😔 it's not an easy decision but it's the only way I can make sure that all my existing clients get the appointments they need without having to let them down.

Once things settle in the new year I can hopefully welcome new clients again 😊

As desperate as I am to get you all booked back in I won't be making appointments until we get the definite date for returning to work and the guidelines that go along with that, I want to be sure that I'm not having to let you all down again and that I know exactly what I need to do to get ready for having you all back 😁🎉💕

I really hate to be having to write a post like this because the majority of my amazing clients never do this, but please if you have an appointment don't just not turn up! Not only is it rude and selfish but small businesses are trying their best to recover at the moment and their time is precious! Someone else could take your appointment if you cancel with notice.
Things come up and situations change but it takes 2 seconds to send a message even if at worst it's last minute I would still appreciate the communication.
Anyone who doesn't turn up for their appointment will now not be rebooked without a deposit.
