As it is the month of Christmas, and I know things can be very unpredictable! But we are only 3 days into the busiest month for my business and I’ve had 5 clients cancel appointments.

I understand things happen and life gets in the way, but for the rest of the month of December any more cancelled appointment WILL incur a cancellation fee.

These appointments are so sought after and tailored to the individuals needs that filling these appointments can be difficult! Also I’ve extended working hours to help fit people in that couldn’t get an appointment when they could have been given these now free appointments.

This is my business. This is my source of income. This pays my bills! Please understand that I’m not making this decision lightly.

As of today! A £15 cancellation fee will be implemented until the 31st of December
