✨First sports massage for ongoing back pain ✨

This client came in with ongoing back pain. He works a desk based job and spends the majority of his day seated. Overtime, this has led to poor posture and increasing discomfort when standing for longer durations.

I assessed his posture and range of movement at the beginning of the appointment and after just one session, there was already a huge improvement in both.

A really positive response to his first session, the before and after results speak for themselves. Looking forward to continuing the progress!
