Hello to all our loyal customers,

As you may be aware from today’s announcement, we are able to open from Monday.

Fiona and I will be in the shop Monday between 10:00-13:00 to take bookings and phone customers that had a booking prior to lockdown. We will officially be opening on Tuesday the 16th.

A few things that we need to make you aware of:

‼️SKIN TESTING‼️
Due to covid and the vaccine rollout we will need to RE DO SKIN TESTS for insurance purposes and for your safety. This is mandatory and needs to be done 48 hours prior to your colour appointment!

🔺Customers must be on time to their appointment.⏱ Due to no longer having a waiting area, we would appreciate you arriving on time, thus meaning that late arrivals could result in your appointment being cancelled and possibly charged for that booking.

🔺All customers will be expected to attend the appointment alone, unless accompanying a child for his/her appointment or if you are a carer for a customer.

🔺All customers will be required to wear a face mask at all times.

🔺Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance for your use before entering the salon.

Important Announcement

The welsh government has announced that we will have to close from Friday 23rd October at 6pm until Monday 9th November.
If anyone has an appointment before the 9th and want to bring it forward please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, we have very limited appointments available this week and Friday we Do not have many free spaces left .Appointments after the 9th November will not be affected.

Dear Clients

Just to let you know some of the changes and preparation we've made to open our Salon safely by following the governments guidelines .

We shall be working on a booking only system. We have limited availability in the first few weeks.

We have had to reduce the number of customers in the shop at anyone time to ensure social distancing within the salon and allow us to deep clean and sanitise before and every client.

Masks will be compulsory and expected to be worn by all clients (available at the salon for £1) We as staff will also be wearing visors and masks.

Please come on time to your appointment and wait outside until notified.

Please come alone to your appointment (unless you have a carer or accompanying a child)

We will ask you to sanitise your hands as you enter and to fill in our form for track and trace once you are seated.

Please minimise the amount of belongings you bring with you, but there will be a coat hook available and sanitised after each use.

All gowns and towels are single use just for you.

No tea or coffee can be offered but you are welcome to bring in your own drinks.

We have taken extra precautions with a screen at the reception desk. There are also screens separating each chair to maximise social distance.

A big thanks to Emyr and Steffan Roberts for creating these made to measure screens and a big thank you to Tracy for cleaning the salon in preparation for our lovely clients.

Due to rising running costs and due to added expense of safety measures there is a slight unavoidable price increase on all services.

Please inform us ASAP and stay at home if you or anyone in your household are showing any symptoms of covid-19.

We are very excited to be back in business and look forward to seeing you all.

⭐️ To all my loyal customers⭐️

You may be aware that as of the 13th of July we are allowed to open our doors to our customers.

On Monday the 13th of July we shall only be open for colour patch testing. If you would like your hair dyed, can you please contact us so that we can arrange a day for you to be patch tested 24-48 hours before your appointment.

Due to telephone calls and waiting lists, I am fully booked for the first 2-3 weeks. As Government guidelines state that we are not allowed any walk-in appointments, I will be allocating times and dates for people. So, if you require an appointment can you please contact myself on here or phone the salon and leave your name and number and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
