✨ New Blog Post: A Holosomatic Experience ✨

I just shared something very close to my heart — how a Holosomatic Experience in London reignited my creative spirit.

Late June 2025, I found myself at Mercure London Earl’s Court, in a space held by InnerCamp. Breathwork. Bodywork. Energy activation. Three stages: Reset, Activation, Expansion. What started as curiosity turned into something deeply transformative.

Over the course of the day, I felt stress melt away in ways I hadn’t expected; my attention turned inward; and most importantly, creativity — that thing I thought I’d lost — gently stirred back to life.

What followed: sketches made just because. Faces drawn from memory and imagination! Imperfect, raw, intuitive. Free.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, disconnected from your creative spark, or just curious about what might happen when you give yourself permission to be present — I think there’s something in this for you.

I’m thrilled to share that two of my portraits will be exhibited as part of the upcoming NOSTALGIA Exhibition at Y Tŷ Celf – The Art House, Llanelli 🎨

📅 Launch Event:
Saturday 4th October 2025
⏰ 12pm – 2pm

📍 Y Tŷ Celf – The Art House, 1 John Street, Llanelli, SA15 1UH

The exhibition runs 1st – 31st October and features an eclectic mix of 16 artists coming together for the first time to celebrate the theme of nostalgia.

I’d love to see some familiar faces at the launch – come along, explore the artworks, and support local creativity. 💛
