Huge effort from the Llanelli Wanderers U11s today in our CrossFit Kids/Teens session with Coach 💪🏼🏉

The boys tackled every challenge thrown at them with great energy, teamwork and determination. From strength and conditioning to agility and endurance work, they coped brilliantly and showed a real willingness to push themselves outside their comfort zones 👏

Sessions like this are a great way to build fitness, coordination, resilience and confidence — all key skills that will help transfer onto the rugby pitch this season.

Brilliant attitude from every single player today. The future is bright at Llanelli Wanderers 🔥
