Nights like this at the sauna 😍 had a group of Ukrainian guys in this evening and sauna is a massive part of their culture. They loved it ! It’s always a good feeling when people that know sauna like yours 🇺🇦

This was a few months ago, and actually led me to find ing the current spot by the river ! Unbelievable performance from morris and the gang, lovely locals who put in a valiant effort to get us out of a sticky situation we’d idiotically got ourselves in. We’re back in Anglesey for a retreat this weekend. I do hope we don’t get stuck 😂

This is not one to miss! Cheap riverside camping for tents and vans, wood fired sauna and crazy wild swim spots.

Best office in the world.
I'm thrilled to announce we will now be running sessions next to a river in Snowdonia national park. Hosted by the wonderful Camp Snowdonia on Tan Alderoch farm, a nature reserve/eco campsite just outside of Betws-y-Coed.
A stunning location surrounded by some of the best scenery the UK has to offer.
