Today I have completed my 15 k swim challenge for November. All for a fantastic cause . Started off 10k but I just pushed myself that little bit extra . We have raised £370 for Alzheimer’s . A charity that is close to many of us one way or another . Thank you to everyone for your support and kind words of encouragement. I will keep on swimming , i have surprised myself on how much I am enjoying it .
Still plenty of time if anyone still fancies donating to my go fund me page . 💙

Well I have achieved over 10 K swimming challenge for Alzheimer’s in 17 days ! I’m so bloody proud of myself 🥳 I will keep on going . Another 5k by the end of the month ..

Well Elen and I did 50 lengths this morning . So proud of us both . Considering I have only been back swimming lengths just over a week . Girls have done good !
I’m ready for the 1st November don’t know what I will be like at the end but I’m going to give it a dam good go . Thank you for everyone’s support . Will keep you updated 🥰
Well I have only gone and done it!
In the month of November I am going to swim 10k for this wonderful cause - Alzheimer’s Society 💙
As many of you know my dear father had Lewy body syndrome. Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson all rapped in one. He died suddenly over 9 years ago. 💙I am raising money in memory of this wonderful man who I am proud to call my father.
Please support me on this challenge and raise as much as we can.
