I’ve had a few messages asking about return dates. I am currently trying to sort this out and hope to return this month. However, I will be working reduced hours, and only 2 days of the month - every second week. So currently trying to figure out what will work best for all my clients 🥰

Today was my last day in the clinic, with plans of returning on reduced hours from March, this will be confirmed nearer the time.

I am now finishing up earlier than planned, and my last day in the clinic will be Wednesday 3rd December, all clients this affects have been contacted with an alternative appointment please just keep a wee eye out for that🥰

As we come into the Xmas months can I please remind clients to give notice if they need to cancel or reschedule appointments.

This is an income, and products in this industry are not cheap. Product orders cost £100s at a time with the addition of prescription fees, insurance and rent. Product cost comes from my own pocket and this is only returned following when treatment is carried out and paid for, therefore last minute cancellations or no shows leave me at a loss, not only in time.

I have sent out message reminders for all Xmas appointments and will require booking fees to be paid to confirm your appointment. Please can clients try to respond to this as soon as possible as I do have a cancellation list in which appointments can be allocated elsewhere.
