7 years of training.... I started age 31ish yrs old but Consistency wasn't there until around age 37. Switched from cardio too weights too calisthenics too functional fitness...main focus on nutrition balance too maintain health through my 40s and then beyond! Any age and shape...And anybody can start a fitness journey and maintain a healthier way of life. It's never too late 💕

Emotional memories of teen years revisited with my fellow autistic trainers today ...lots of tears today (hearing others stories more than mine )

But after today training is complete. Over the past year I have learnt lots of fancy big words and terminology about autism and what it really means too be Autistic.....lots and lots of slides downloaded too use and present , what they need to connect with , what each means , the work behind each one ( slides are in the 100s)

This weekend I will presenting zoom with blackboard and breakout rooms too my mum too get a feel of being in the share position 😬

Next session is first meet with my NHS Co facilitator trainer partners... I will then work with them and prep our presentations for my first training delivery days 🤩
