Victoria’s Nails & Lashes

So…This might be a long post but here we go…
Beauty by Victoria, Glitter & glow was established in 2020 during the difficult times of the covid pandemic.
I saw an opportunity and thought it’s now or never and decided to take the leap.
Having my own business has been my dream ever since I first qualified as a beautician back in 2012.
I wanted to beautician and perform relaxing treatments for clients but my passion was always nails.
I met Tanya saw what was going to be my room and was super duper excited. I was over the moon.
I designed everything myself from website to price list, as I wanted it to represent me.
I’ve put my heart and soul into everything I’ve done, and I can’t lie it’s been very hard work but I have always loved what I do and have found it very rewarding.
I love helping people and making them not only feel good by feel at ease and comfortable.
Some nights have been filled with tears of stress and sadness others filled with laughter and happiness because I’ve been so proud and excited.
Having a business it’s a combination of the two. Sometimes your over worrying and forget what it’s like to have a day to yourself. Because even on your day off your thinking about your business.

However I’ve been doing this a long time now and feel as thought it’s time to move onto something new.
I feel as though I’m ready to learn something new and have a new challenge.
So with a very heavy heart I am deciding to walk away from the beauty industry all together and embark on a new career path. Beauty therapy is something I will always hold dear to my heart, especially glitter & glow, and I probably will come back to at some point but for now it’s being set to one side and it’s time to say goodbye.
This has been one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made however i feel it’s the best thing for me.
I will be working during the week until the end of August and then in September working for a few hours every Saturday.

💃I am back to work today!!! 💃 Ive been very quiet on social media just due to the fact I was away on holiday & then I could the dreaded COVID😭😷 - but back & healthy 😊.
